APPLE CRUMBLE
INGREDIENTS:

3 apples, diced

1 tsp nutmeg
-
1 tbs water
-
1/3 cup stevia
-
1/3 cup oats
-
60g nuttelex
-
1/3 cup wholemeal spelt flour
-
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
-
1tbs honey

METHOD:

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
-
Place chopped apples in a round baking dish. Cover with 1 tsp stevia, nutmeg and water.

In a food processor blend the oats, flour, stevia and nuttelex until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
-
Press mixture onto apples and smooth over with a wet spoon.
-
Sprinkle walnuts and drizzle honey over the apple and crumble.
-
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden on top.
