COCO CHOC PROTEIN BALLS

​INGREDIENTS:

​

  • 24 dates (soaked in a bowl of water for 1 hour)

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 tbs raw peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

  • shredded coconut (for coating)

 

METHOD:

​

  1. Soak the date in water for 1 hour

  2. Process the dates.

  3. Put all remaining ingredients (except coconut) and the dates into a mixing bowl. Mix until it all comes together.

  4. Place the coconut in a bowl. Roll the mixture into small balls and coat in coconut. 

  5. Refrigerate protein balls for 1 hour.


Alternatively, you could roll the balls in more oats in stead of coconut.
