COCO CHOC PROTEIN BALLS
​INGREDIENTS:

24 dates (soaked in a bowl of water for 1 hour)

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
-
1 cup oats
-
1 tbs raw peanut butter
-
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
-
shredded coconut (for coating)
METHOD:

Soak the date in water for 1 hour

Process the dates.
-
Put all remaining ingredients (except coconut) and the dates into a mixing bowl. Mix until it all comes together.

Place the coconut in a bowl. Roll the mixture into small balls and coat in coconut.
-
Refrigerate protein balls for 1 hour.
Alternatively, you could roll the balls in more oats in stead of coconut.
