PROATS (PROTEIN OATS)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup oats - can be rolled or quick

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 scoop whey protein - any flavour

  • 1 tsp raw nuts & seeds

  • 20g nut butter (I like Mayvers, which you can find at Coles)

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk

METHOD:

​

  1. Place oats and water in a bowl. Leave for 10 minutes.

  2. Stir through the protein powder and milk.

  3. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds. 

  4. Stir through nut butter and raw nuts, breaking up any clumps of oats.

  5. You may wish to add some more coconut milk to make it smooth and cool it down.
