PROATS (PROTEIN OATS)
INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup oats - can be rolled or quick

1/2 cup water
-
1 scoop whey protein - any flavour
-
1 tsp raw nuts & seeds
-
20g nut butter (I like Mayvers, which you can find at Coles)
-
1/3 cup coconut milk

METHOD:

Place oats and water in a bowl. Leave for 10 minutes.

Stir through the protein powder and milk.
-
Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
-
Stir through nut butter and raw nuts, breaking up any clumps of oats.
-
You may wish to add some more coconut milk to make it smooth and cool it down.
