CHOCOLATE GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup puffed quinoa

1 cup rolled oats
-
1 cup organic buckwheat
-
1/2 cup mixed raw nuts
-
1/2 cup cacao powder
-
1/4 cup coconut oil
-
1/2 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut
-
1/3 cup honey

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a large tray with baking paper. Set aside.

Pour oats, puffed quinoa, shredded coconut, raw nuts and buckwheat into a large bowl, set aside.

In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, honey and cocoa powder until a paste is formed.

Pour over dry mixed until well combined.

Bake for 30 minutes. Shake tray after 15 minutes.

Store covered at room temperature for up to three weeks.
