CHOCOLATE GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup puffed quinoa

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup organic buckwheat

  • 1/2 cup mixed raw nuts

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut

  • 1/3 cup honey

METHOD:

​

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a large tray with baking paper. Set aside.

  2. Pour oats, puffed quinoa, shredded coconut, raw nuts and buckwheat into a large bowl, set aside.

  3. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, honey and cocoa powder until a paste is formed.

  4. Pour over dry mixed until well combined. 

  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Shake tray after 15 minutes.

  6. Store covered at room temperature for up to three weeks.
