VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
(2 PANCAKES, 1 SERVING)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/3 cup rolled oats
-
1/2 tsp baking powder
-
1 egg
-
1/4 cup low fat milk (alternatively use almond milk)

olive oil spray
-
1/3 cup frozen berries, defrosted

METHOD:

Blend the protein powder, rolled oats, baking powder, egg and milk until a batter is formed.
-
Heat the olive oil spray in a pan and cook pancakes one at a time until browned.

Serve with berries.
