BANANA PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
(SERVES 2)

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup spelt flour

1/4 tsp baking powder
-
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
-
2 eggs
-
Organic maple syrup

METHOD:

Use a blender to blend all ingredients (except the maple syrup) into a batter. If it's too runny add more flour and stir with a wooden spoon.

Pour pancake batter onto a greased pan and coon on a low heat until bubbles begin to form, and then flip.

Cook for a further minute. Check underneath using a spatula to make sure it's cooked.

Serve with maple syrup and extra banana slices if desired.
