BANANA PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

(SERVES 2)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup spelt flour

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 2 eggs

  • Organic maple syrup

METHOD:

​

  1. Use a blender to blend all ingredients (except the maple syrup) into a batter. If it's too runny add more flour and stir with a wooden spoon.

  2. Pour pancake batter onto a greased pan and coon on a low heat until bubbles begin to form, and then flip.

  3. Cook for a further minute. Check underneath using a spatula to make sure it's cooked.

  4. Serve with maple syrup and extra banana slices if desired.
